Shipping & Delivery
At Living Luxuries, we work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to our customers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Time
Our standard shipping time to the United States is approximately 7–15 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
For orders shipped within the United States:
- Orders $0–$49.99: $4.00 Standard Shipping
- Orders $50.00 and above: Free Standard Shipping
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been shipped.
Customs & Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs processing or other delays. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Living Luxuries is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
